Altar Servers play an integral part of the Mass.They assist the priest and deacon before, during and after the Mass. Altar servers are sometimes asked to serve at special Masses, Weddings, Funerals, School Masses and Feast Day Masses. Those interested in becoming an Altar Server must be in the third grade or higher and must be able to maintain a spirit of reverence.
